How do i figure out what hardware is giving me bsod

Hi there, I recently started to get bsod and it has become very frequent, sometimes I can't even get the computer to boot (wont go to the bios screen) but if I leave it for a while then it lets me in. so after various reading of things on line I tried things such as system restore, windows memory diagnostic etc..pretty much all of the options available then I read that if you load in safe mode and you get bsod again its probably hardware related so I tried that and I got one again so I think it must be hardware related

I'm just wondering how do I go about troubleshooting which part of hardware is causing the problem

unplug and check running system every hardware 1 by 1 u will get which hardware is causing problem
