How do I find/edit contacts in Hotmail/Outlook? It used to be so simple! Now I can't find any way to access my contacts!

I can't figure out how to access my contacts in Hotmail/Outlook. I just want to edit them. I've clicked on everything imaginable and right clicked on contacts. Nothing. When I write a new email I can get contacts for sending it, but can't figure out how to access contacts to edit them.
