How do I find out what PSU I've got?

Hi guys, this is my first post on this site, hello!

I'm from the UK, got someone to build me a PC couple years back, he's literally disappeared off the face of the earth, and left me with a GPU that's been crashing from day 1. (red dots everywhere, frozen PC)

Anyway, seeing as I'm planning to replace the GPU, I need to know what PSU I have at the moment, so I know what it can handle. Should it be written on the PSU itself? Or is there any other way?

Only way is to open the case and look at the label on the psu.

The data label should identify the brand and model as well as wattage, voltage, and current (amps) for the different rails.
