How do I find the BSOD log files and dump files?

I had a BSOD when I was downloading an AV and playing a game on my custom built computer and I need to find the logs and files to state my error of what happened

They are in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder

When i try to switch it to notepad or wordpad it says access denied 🙁
