I recently lost my phone. I used Find my Android Device website that google offers to try to find it at https://myaccount.google.com/find-your-phone The information that I received, was helpful, but, with the location turned off, all I could see, was that my phone was on, the phone was logged into a wifi router at somebody's house and I could see the name of the wifi router even. Although this information was useful, I was not easily able to locate my phone, cause, somebody I knew found it and brought it home with them and it was logged into their open wife router. I tried to shriek they phone, but, they thought they did something to it, so they just stopped the shriek. I then locked the phone and entered a phone number for them to call me. It worked out, however, what if that person wasn't somebody that I knew and weren't quite so honest. How can I find the physical location of my phone purely through the network, not relying on the location to be turned on. Any help would be appreciated.
