How do I find the tool address on my computer

I doing was an assignment for class and box the that says tools dissappeared from screen where could it have gone?

If fell under the monitor, Vista used cheap glue and some menus have a hard time sticking.

What application is this? Try right-clicking somehwere in the top area, should be a grey colored bar across the top, and select the Tools toolbar from the menu.
