How do i fit fans on top of my case

here's my case, the top has a rectangular shaped holes. how do i put my screws in this?
do i go from the bottom up and use bolts?

here are my fans, bought this them open box so it didn't come with screws, my case came with 8 screws for the front fans, but nothing for the top, what size screws do i need

They should be mounted as shown on page 14 of the user manual. Screws for fans are not provided with the case; they were not included with the fans (your link is broken)?
