How do I fix a corrupted Zip file?

I downloaded an old game from freeroms last night and it stopped 26% through unpacking, giving me an 0x80004005 error message so I tried 7-Zip and it stopped at the same point, then I tried Winrar and it told me the file is corrupt, what do I do?
