How do I fix this big line of blue pixels?

There were some bugs walking inside the screen, but I didn't squish them (Not sure if some else did it).

The TV is LED.

Also, why are the pixels visible like a CRT TV? Seriously, it looks like a CRT one because I can see the grids.
The TV is from some brand called "Salora". Resolution: 1366x768.
There is a software update option in the settings menu, which needs a USB.

pixels are visible because you have big screen with small resolution, mine 4K 49" has 0.281mm pixel size...not visible at all even up close

as for that blue line of pixels? thats damaged area, screen replacement would fix that

LCD screens have grids too, but much smaller.

The trace you see could be the liquid spilled out from a crack on the LCD.
