how do I fix comdlg32.dll errors?

I recently had used a virus infected pen drive in my pc ..avast worked well ..But after a day later ..It has been showing dll file errors,most of the apps I have in pc are not opening due to this ..?Can I fix this or should I re install everything again ?

GO TO SECOND OPTION REPAIR IT MIGHT FIX THE PROBLEM DONE
