so, 2 days ago i just bought The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim, and when i was installing it i got an error about failed to extract a file called HighResTexturepack02.bsa, so i copied all the data from the cd (which the seller told me to), almost all of the file on the cd are copied except 1 file called Setup-C, it says failed to copy due to source data error cyclic redudancy, so i went back to the store and exchange the cd to another one, (still the same game). and they tested it already and it works in their pc, but when i went back and try to copy the files it still gives me the source data crc error, could anyone help me?? plz?? is there a way to fix it? and im copying the cd file to local disk D, since my local disk c is full

Solution
A CRC error means the file is corrupt.
Best to uninstall and then install again from the new CD.
As an alternative, did the CD come with a steam key? If so, you could add the game to your steam account and download the game.
IT's most likely an illegal copy of the game -- Ie. the original game does not come with the high resolution texture pack (it is a separate download) - and the game is also only sold through Steam so installing it would include downloading the patches etc. from Steam. Also the BSA file does not normally get unpacked in order to use it which is why it is giving that error when the copy you have is attempting to unpack the file.

If it is indeed a legal version of the game put the key code into Steam and it will download the files and install the game - If it is a pirated copy which came with other mods etc. then we can not provide assistance on fixing it here since this site will not allow that type of discussion.
