Question How do I fix high fps but not smooth?

How do I fix high fps but not smooth? have a hdmi vp22he. tried other monitors and it works very well in warzone 2.0 but this one isnt. even with vsync active , even with lower resolutions , idk what to try

Is that vp228he? Searching model number points to that. Should be smooth with vsync, granted there'll be input lag but should be smooth. What's the rest of your systems specs?

In the past playing on 60Hz panels vsync usually helps but I'd limit fps to 59 to help with input lag.
