Question How do I fix Incorrect Function?

I got a new internal hdd today and while I was formatting it, my electricity got cut and now I am unable to do anything.
Whenever I open Disk Management, the initialize disk dialog box appears and once I click on OK, it shows Incorrect function.
Please Help.
This also appears only once.
