how do i fix it ? It seems to be stopping all of my browsers (3) from working and letting me on the internet.....

Every time i try to get on the internet, it bombs out on me with ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED the the warning that the catalyst control center has stopped working... should I get out the disks and reinstall windows 7 & ?????

I dont have the disks and cant find the catalyst online with my other laptop.

but you can still uninstall catalyst control center
see if it solves your prob.

The computer seem to find compatibility in reverting to windows XP so the CCC file reverts to that on restart instead of remaining at windows 7.... It's weird ... I think I'll just reinstall the 4 windows disks and update all the drivers then... It's hard now cause even though I have the laptop plugged into the router at 5 bars it won't connect to the internet so I can update any thing..........
