How do i fix mouse lag when gaming?

So with like with literally all my games on pc, i always get mouse lag. Like i can move around fine, but when i move the mouse it wont move the screen like it should. The framrate is not the problem, its like the game just doesnt respond to the mouse movement. Also, it does not respond to clicking to shoot, so i guess every function of the mouse is what lags. Pressing keys on my keyboard respond perfectly, its just my mouse that lags. Its a normal wireless Logitech mouse, could that be why? The mouse only lags when gaming, not during regular everyday use. Full PC specs in signature below. Any help? Im desperate for help now, i cant play with this damn mouse locking up on me all the time. Thanks! First, wireless mouses are not good for gaming, especially the cheap ones. And to improve that a bit, try to replace the battery. But i'd recommend getting at least a wired mouse.
