Question How do i fix my computer from rebooting screen stuck or just reformat it without a disk or usb

First of all im an windows 7 and i wanted it to be windows 8.1 heres when it started when it said windows cant be insteals on this drive i search for solutions and typed commands in the promt thing but then it got worst the screen now kept saying reboot and or press any key (something like that) i tried everything like unplugging and plugging stuff back on or doing control stuff and now im afraide that my father might disown me and probably kill me please answer. i have online classes and dont know what to do now
