how do i fix my computer it seas it it conot fined its operating system on a acer

when i turn it to power up it lodes then it seas operating systen not found

First thing to do is check the bios.
Make sure your hard drive is showing up.
If not check the power and SATA cables to make sure they have not come loose. Check bios again.
If both of those options do not fix it, then your hard drive has died and needs to be replaced.

Actually it sounds like your boot loader is corrupted or damaged. I've encountered this problem a few times after plugging in an older device like a webcam.

You can fix this problem my inserting your Windows DVD and booting up from it and selecting the option to Repair "startup". You may have to run it 3-4 times for it to completely fix your system..
