HOW DO I FIX my computer when vertical red lines appearing on my screen

Hey guys, so I was just playing my pc when all of a sudden the game froze then it came up with a screen that was like a grayey green colour and it wouldnt let me do anything such as it wouldnt let me alt tab or cntrl esc. So I tried to restart my computer by the button and then when it turned on it had red lines all over the starting screen, then when it was loading windows it only had 2 vertical lines and then it went black(nothing happened). So I restarted it a few more times this time it came up with trouble shoot so then I put it on safe mode(still had red lines). I turned on, I disabled my graphics card and restarted my computer then it logged in (still with red lines), and it wasn't full resolution and it still had the red lines.
So please help me I have no idea what it is I think I need a new graphics card idk, I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.

That problem came along with your monitor, not the gpu or another hardware. Change your monitor to a new one. If the problem isn't the monitor, you can also exchange your monitor cable with a new one.
