So recently i did an driver update and a windows update and now my frames have been doing really bad on fortnite, they can run atleast 144 before up to 240 but now can barely run 120 and have constent frame drops to 30, i use the lowest settings and when these frame drops occur i change my 3d res down and it still stays at 30 fps. i'm a bit uncertain about unistalling and reinstalling my drivers and i cant roll back either.
my specs are:
Geforce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750h CPU @2.20GHz
16 GB RAM
1920 x 1080, 60Hz

Plz help me

Pretty sure this is the wrong section for your particular problem, Anyway, you may have to reinstall your video drivers.

Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

I'd would reboot in safe mode to remove all drivers with DDU, And download the newest drivers from Nvidia, not from windows update as those will be older. And see if the problem is still there.

i used the application from the winrar and it done some loading thing and then i held down the power off button and then rebooted it, it said to install windows stuff but i ignored, my nvidia drivers were still there and idk if it worked but my font looks different
