How do I fix my gaming mouse 's wheel?

So I have got this gaming mouse for few months now (Made by dell) but when I bought it, I noticed the scrolling wheel was alittle bit glitchy. (The button works fine but scrolling not), it sometimes scrolls randomly, I don't know, I was going to return it untill I realized it was a driver problem, I couldn't get the mouse 's model so I captured a picture of it.

No you understood wrong, it is a driver problem that I can't seem to fix, If I returned it the guy would test it and it would work fine for him.

Didn't ask anyone, It does have a label but no models written on it, I am pretty sure it is driver problems because my laptop have had alot of problems lately.

If its a Dell mouse and there's no label then I'd talk to Dell. Most mice just use the standard hid driver. Have you checked in Control Panel, Device Manager as to whether the mouse is working properly and whether it's driver is up to date?

I just checked device manager and it says "HID Comliant mouse" and the status is "The device is working properly".

So the driver is OK. But it looks like the mouse is faulty and needs replacing.
