How do i fix my high pings?

I get really high pings and i dont know what's causing it. So far i've already tried: 1. Using a different wireless network adapter, 2. Scanning my computer with AVG and Malwarebytes, 3. Flushing the dns, 4. moved the wireless adapter both higher and farther closer to my router, and 5. Making it so windows doesnt look for other networks when im connected to one.

Any suggestions? I dont know about calling my ISP as it might be a problem with my computer or something.

You might not be able to fix it. This is a symptom of wireless interference. Many times you will never find the source, it can be devices in your house or in your neighbors house.

Pretty much you do the standard try other radio channels on the router maybe use the 5g band if you have it.

Of course you want to run the same test using a ethernet cable to be sure it is the wireless. You don't want to waste your time try to fix the wrong thing.
