Question How do I fix my motherboard not POSTing after enabling REBAR ?

Okay so
I have a Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X DDR4 (REV1.0) with BIOS version F8 paired with a 12900KF and whenever I enable REBAR the motherboard won't POST or recover factory settings until I manually remove the CMOS battery.
I have two REBAR compatible GPUs in my system:
ROG Strix RTX 3090 Ti LC OC - The one I wanna enable REBAR on, connected on PCIe 4.0 x16
ROG Strix RTX 3060 V2 OC - I don't care about this one not having REBAR tbh, connected on PCIe 4.0 x4
I tried with the 3060 alone before I got the 3090 Ti and still didn't work. I had no issues whatsoever on my previous board (ASUS Prime H670-Plus D4 + 12700F)
Did I not enabled something required ? What do I do ?

Already did several times. Doesn't work.
Note: I am trying to make it POST while REBAR is on. I am not interested into making it work without REBAR since I already know it works with it off.
