How do I fix my mouse input lag in games

For the past 4 months I have been dealing with mouse input lag in every game I play, I even had to quit playing csgo because it was so bad. I don't know if it could be my os or my pc parts, I have a Gigabyte Motherboard, a Gtx 760, amd phenom II x6 1090t and a 600 watt power supply.

Is it JUST games? You're not running VSync, right? Make sure it's not set to enable on everything as well. Go to Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings, and check Global Settings and see if Vertical sync was on. You could click Restore Defaults in the upper right corner too.

Also a wireless mouse could be an issue.

I always make sure vsync is off
