Hello
I have a ddr5 7200 2x16 rams corsair cl34
I currently using xmp 7200 speed and i start to feels that there is a memery leak and games crashes to desktop suddenly
Im thinking to lower the xmp profile speed to 6800 (system memory multiplier) without change the votls setting and the timing is that can help get more staible?

I did once a meme86 test here the result i got 3 errors at test 7
result here
-----------------------
I have seen these setting for 6800
CL: 34
tRCD: 42
tRP: 42
tRAS: 84
DRAM Voltage: 1.35V /1.40
VDDQ CPU: 1.35V /1.40
VCCSA: 1.25 / 1.30

My cpu: i7 14700kf
Mb: gigabyte Z790 GAMING X AX
Sorry for my bad English

The 14700KF is specified for use up to DDR5-5600, so expecting it to run at 7200MT/s may be too much.

https://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_i7/Intel-Core i7 i7-14700KF.html
Integrated peripherals / components
Memory controller
The number of controllers: 2
Memory channels (per controller): 2
Memory channels (total): 4
Supported memory: DDR4-3200, DDR5-5600

If the system fails MemTest86, reduce the XMP speed in steps of 200MT/s until you get a full run with absolutely no errors. 3 errors in test 7 indicates you're running the RAM too fast.

Alternatively, start at 6000MT/s and work your way up slowly in steps of 200MT/s until you get errors, then reduce the memory clock rate by 200...

Got a link to the ram kit used? FYI, the sweet sot for DDR5 ram is DDR5-6000MHz, with tight latencies.

i start to feels that there is a memery leak and games crashes to desktop suddenly
Memoryleak on an OS can only be rectified with an OS reinstall. What exactly are you referring to as a memory leak?

Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard?

Bios: f11
Ram link : here
about memery leak idk thats what i heard high speed like 7200 can cause game crashes and not staible
I added a mem test result check it please
