How do i fix my USB 3.0 ports

Hello all i have a MSI H97M-E35 motherboard and everything works on it audio lan ect... but my 6 USB 3.0 Ports dont work. (My 3 usb2.0 ports work fine) i have the latest USB 3.0 controller and driver and there is no settings in BIOS to enable 3.0 this is really starting to annoy me as i cant find a fix anywhere for this Please Help Thanks. Also i am on Windows 10 Pro x64

I know that Windows 10 has been real sensitive with USB3.0 drivers, had some experiences with that myself. So did they always work? Did you recently upgrade to Windows 10 or did it come that way? If you upgraded, that might be where your problem is. Even though you may think you have the right drivers, there is still a lot of incompatibility out there.
