[SOLVED] How do i fix no sound

Basically I was watching a video from youtube on how to fix the microphone, and the step that told me to uninstall"Realtek High Definetion Audio" and after i uninstalled the device it restarted my pc and the sound dissapear, How do i fix it? Please help me

Windows recently did some sort of update to the sound settings layout and at the same time my xiberia mic/headset stopped working so you may need to go into your sound settings to see if anything has altered without you knowing.

Part way down the sound page their is a mic tester.

There is no sound on my pc i tried many of video tutorial, In my Sound there is Digital Audio (S/PDIF) it works it has green bars. But there is no sound on my pc
