Question How do I fix programs closing upon opening?

Ok, so when I try to open a program like AIMP or AUDACITY or any sort of game it closes almost instantly after launching. How can I fix this?

Is this something new? It sounds like either a graphics driver or power supply giving up the ghost. What video card are you using? and is the bios up to date. Is this something new? What video card are you using?

I am using an ASUS manufactured Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB card with dual fans and is overclocked using GPU Tweak II, but the overclock didn't cause problems beforehand. This is a new problem. And some games are starting to launch but only if I use THE SPECIFIC x64 ARCHITECTURE, like BeamNG.Drive. It doesn't launch using the launcher but does launch using the x64 .exe not even using the launcher the game .exe.
