Question How do I fix Rog strix x670e ftpm stuttering

Ever since I got my rog strix x670e with a r7 7800x3d I've had this weird stuttering that seems to stick with me no matter what, the only fix I've found is to completely turn off tpm but I really don't want to do that because I'm on windows 11.
every few minutes my game will stutter for a split second, and I've also noticed that the tpm section on windows security will go from this device does not support standard hardware security to this device meets the requirements for enhanced hardware security or the other way around. the only thing I found about my issue was that a bios update was supposed to fix it but I still have the stutter and it only goes away when I turn off ftpm. Is there any way to fully fix this issue?

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Is the stutter prevalent on all games that you tax the system with?
