Question How do I fix the connection with my current Arris SURFboard SB82000?

Hello, I currently have 3 different model routers that I am trying to use with a modem and I am not having any luck. I have a Netgear AC1750, Netgear R6300v2, and a Netgear WNDR3400v2. When I reset the modem with a router attached, it will allow a connect to set, so when I use all of the Ethernet ports, not of them send a signal. Not only that, I don't get a Wifi signal either. The weird part is that I am able to set a connection from the PC to the Modem just fine. Any thoughts? Comcast, Arris, and Netgear let me in circles.

Also, I was using a Netgear nighthawk 2300 before, but I no longer have that router. I was able to get a connection via LAN and wifi using this router.

using the out port on the modem and in port for the router?

Just realized that I never replied. I tried using both of the ports in the back of the modem in combination with all the ports in the routers. After 10 or so power cycles, it finally linked up. I don't really know what fixed it. I was on the phone with my ISP for over an hour about it.
