How do I fix these partitions?

As you can see in the Image, my disk 0 (first one), is partitioned into 5 partitions. And I want to change it back into 1 big partition.

Is there a way for me to change it back to one big partition without deleting everything inside? (Since I have my OS installed on it). Or is there another more convenient way for me to change it?

It's a big risk just to gain a GB of space when you already have quite a few spare.

The 100MB is one Microsoft put in and the others are probably equally necessary.

First 2 partitions you need desperately, or Windows on C: partition would not even boot. No idea what's that third partition doing there but last, recovery partition could be merged with C: if you don't mind loosing possibility to restore OS in case something goes wrong.
