How do I fix this ghostly white color on my monitor?

What is wrong with my monitor? (Images given below). Some kind of ghostly white has affected all over my screen and its very hard to see through it. Can I somehow fix it? Is it dead pixel or stuck pixels or something like that? I also tried to run those youtube fixes for quite a while (the ones with epileptic colors.) but it does not seem to fix it. Please help.

if you press it slightly does it move? That could be sign of condesation.
Otherwise it might be burn marks.

If still under warranty, contact the manufacturer to make a claim for screen replacement or new monitor at no cost to you.

Otherwise, just buy a new monitor.
