Question How do I fix this graphical issue? happens in dark areas

These weird dark patches appear in dark areas when im basically doing anything, is there a way to fix it?
It started appearing about 2 weeks ago

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
CPU cooler: Ryzen Stock Cooler
Motherboard: MSI b450m Mortar MAX
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Memory Black
SSD/HDD: Crucial P2 250GB NVMe M.2 PCIe 3D NAND SSD CT250P2SSD8
GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 KO OC V2 12GB Video Card
PSU: Corsair CX650M 650W 80 Plus Bronze Semi-Modular Power Supply ( 2 years old)
Chassis: be quiet! Pure Base 500DX RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Case - Black
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: ViewSonic VX2458

By dark patches, are you referring to the way the light is on the edge of the stairs?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

Monitor:
