It says my hard drive and system E have failed with the same id my hard drive type is ATA the model is Hitachi HTS545050A7E380 the firmware version is GG2OA7A0 the serial number is TEJ51239D71T0X capacity is 500GB LBA48 supported sector type 4K/512e system born 01/11/2013 can someone help me with this
