Hello everyone.

I have just bought a Acer Aspire V5-471PG-73518G50Mass and I have a Qualcomm Atheros AR5BWB222 Wireless Network Adapter and a Netgear Router. Recently, I have been getting disconnects from my Internet, saying that the connectivity is "limited", even though I get 5 bars of connection. Is this a problem with my Wireless Network Adapter? If it is, could someone please provide me with a link to download the latest version? I can't seem to find it. Thanks :]

There are a few links online:

and

Now, I'm no expert on this but there's a couple things I also recommend:

1. Update BIOS if newer exists (laptop support site)
2. Disable anti-virus suite temporarily to test

3. Reinstall the motherboard main chipset driver (laptop support site)
4. Test with ROUTER wi-fi security disabled, and different security settings (WPA2 etc)

5. Install/reinstall latest wi-fi adapter driver (laptop support site)
