Question How do I Flash dual bios rx 580?

I've tried using atiflash but everytime I try loading a new programme select new bios the pc crashes. There are 2 bios settings for the rx 580. I'm unable to boot the pc with quiet bios selected. I've also tried usi g the command prompt but I have no idea what the adapter ID is. I just wanna fix this gpu I bought from a miner. Atiflash crashes when I try though. I've made sure I've got backups and the correct bios ready

have you tried running the program in a dos prompt using freedos?

This runs off of a usb drive.
