How do I force 1000 Hz or 1 ms out of my mouse?

Right now, I have a cheap gaming mouse and it doesn't have a brand, so there isn't a software for it. I have seen people get 1 ms out of their mouse without software, so how do I do it? My computer is an Apple MacBook Pro Retina 13 (Late 2012) running Windows 10. My current poll rate is 125 Hz.

Highly unlikely you can. If the hardware is not designed for those frequencies which is highly unlikely with a 'cheap' mouse then you are bound by those physical limits

The polling rate is determined by the mouse hardware - - it either supports 1000Hz or it doesn't, and a cheap mouse certainly won't support it. You need to spend more on a decent mouse and check it's specs before buying.
