How do I get an open or moderate nat type in a college dorm (PS4)

Hello, my ps4 has a restricted nat type which effects my gaming. I was wondering, is there anything I can do to open the nat type? I also have my personal router connected to the college wifi if that helps at all.

You are double "NATing" your connection by having a second router (very bad) and without assistance from your college IT department there is nothing you can do to change the NAT type for gaming, ports would need forwarding within the college network.
