How do i get black bars?

Hey , warrup all.
I got intel hd 4000. And i want to get blackbars @ csgo , cuz i played with black bars with the old pc. Then i used Nvidia and i had no prob.
So , can i get black bars and how? And Yes , i`m using 4:3

Try checking Maintain Display Scaling.
