[SOLVED] How do I get Chrome to autoload its back-end files when Windows 10 starts so it performs faster?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome but when Windows 10 loads up I no longer see it in the bottom right of the taskbar where it shows the hidden icons. It should show the Chrome logo in hidden icons menu but it doesn't.

As described here go to
C:\Users\Your user name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

(or on Run shell:Startup )and add a shortcut of chrome at this folder

that is about as close as I can get. Most of the answers I found were the opposite results. How to remove... no, bad google.

I can remember it used to run in that menu, its been a few versions ago now.

So it's normal that it isn't shown there?
