Question How do i get higher refresh rate on MSI GF75 notebook

Hi,
I have a gaming notebook MSi gf75 9rcx. It has hdmi port but i wanna know how can i have higher refresh rate by using HDMI cable. Which HDMI cable or port supports high refresh rate and how can i check what type of hdmi this notebook has.

MSi gf75 9rcx has a max refresh rate of 120hz no cables are going to make the display any different .

Higher refresh rate than what? I am guessing you are talking about an external monitor since you are talking about the HDMI port. What monitor is it connected to? You will need to check the HDMI specs on the monitor to see what it can support but generally modern systems should be able to push 120 hz at 1080 with external HDMI links with a good enough video card.
