How do i get my boot drive from my HDD to my SSD

So I have been trying to do this for awhile now and i cant seem to do it. When i uploaded WIn 7 into my computer it wouldnt let me save to my SSD and now i do not know how to get it to my HDD. Also, it seems like i had accidentally save some stuff on my SSD.

I have a PNY 120gb SSD
an msi Z97 Gaming 7 Motherboard
and a 2tb HDD

You have to use cloning software or do a complete reinstallation of Windows.

Any other way is not going to work.

Reinstall windows.
Only have the SSD plugged in when you do. Once the installation is complete and working, plug in the HDD.
