How do i get my cd burner to open

There should be a little tiny hole next to the eject button. You put a small pin about two inches long into that to manually open the tray. Then after that you just either press the eject button or push the tray back in.

My DVD Burner died and don't open anymore so that's what I do!

As mentioned, every burner has a button on it. Some aren't as obvious.

Is there some other issue, such as it being stuck with a disc inside?

Have you tried going to My Computer; Selecting the Drive: and using the eject option from the drive options menu?
