How do I get my computer to run to it's full potiental?

I recently bought a new computer at bestbuy, it is the iBuypower BB 921http://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypower-desktop-intel-core-i7-16gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1060-120gb-solid-state-drive-1tb-hard-drive-black-red/5623270.p?skuId=5623270 the link to the computer. I downloaded the drivers and I can't seem to get it to run to it's full potiental I tested the computer with Rocket league but only hit 30 fps max.. and with these specifications I should easily be able to pull higher numbers.

What driver version are you using? If its 375.xx or newer try version 374.xx or earlier. Use DDU to remove all the configs from the driver before reinstalling.
