How do I get my drive partition back?

I want to recover this partition (please see image) without formatting. Windows is asking to format it. It's a 500GB HDD and there were 2 partitions(C:\ and D:\)

C:\ operating system
D:\ just data (406.35gb)

No operating system was installed on this 406gb drive and I never formatted it. It all happened because of crappy Kaspersky Anti-virus, I think it deleted some bootfile and i had to install new windows on C Drive.

Any good software for recovering?

i am doing the complete partition search with EAUS but it's taking too much time.

Any other software do you recommend?
