Well your budget, if in USD is plenty to get you parts that would work well with that GPU.

What is the brand and model of your 600watts power supply?

Power Supplies are not all made the same way, a generic "600 watts" power supply could have a max combined power of only ~300watts, which is way lower than a good power supply that could be delivering a combined power of around ~550watts.
I have 16 GB 3600 MHz ram and a 2060 SUPER.

A few things to keep in mind:

  1. Im pretty sure the AMD FX-6300 used DDR3 memory so... Your memory should not be DDR4 3600 (uless you have an extra pair of sticks).
  2. I never heard of that PSU, and I couldnt find much info about it so I can not really said if its good or not.
  3. If was to build a PC today I would look for any of this 4 CPU and in that order (from good to awesome value) Ryzen 5 2600, Ryzen 3 3300X (best cheapest CPU for gaming if you can find one, but lacks of the 2 extra cores and threads of the 2600/3600), the Ryzen 5 3600 (sometimes goes on sell, lowest i saw it was $175 if I remember correctly), or the Ryzen 7 3700X.
So you should see whats the best value the day you purchase the new components. Heres one example of what I would get if I was to add a PSU:

~$50 more for the Ryzen 5 3600 (it does not seems to be on sell right now).
~$157 more for the Ryzen 7 3700X.
~$19 more for DDR4 3600MHz (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/jB...-2-x-8-gb-ddr4-3600-memory-f4-3600c16d-16gvkc).

Another thing to keep in mind B550 motherboard should be around the corner, so if price is right I would get one of those instead (read and watch some reviews first!).

If you feel you don't need the PSU just ignore it and get a more powerfull CPU if you want.
