[SOLVED] How do I get my GPU to use the Perf level Base or Boost? (Says in CPU - Z)

CPU - Z says my graphics card have different performance level, how do I get my GPU to use the Perf level Base or Boost?

It's usually set to automatic so just using it will cause it to increase the clock speed.

If you have a recent (last 5 years or so) your integrated GPU is more capable then a 710.
