I am using a gigabyte b450 aorus m motherboard, a crucial mx500 250gb nvme m.2, and a crucial mx200 240gb 2.5" ssd. I used macrium to clone my ssd onto my m.2. After I installed the m.2 and before I closed the ssd onto it, I opened up disk management and initialized the m.2 as gpt. My ssd is mbr. After cloning through macrium following the instructions from the 1st YouTube video to pop up on google when searching for how to clone the hard drive. It used a dell laptop, but after trying to disable cam in the bios, disabling the ssd and hdd in the bios, and setting the m.2 as the boot override drive, without touching anything it goes straight into the bios. How do I set my m.2 as the primary boot drive?
Edit: I just realized this was posted under cpu. I don't know how to change the category.

Going from SATA SSD (MX200) to SATA SSD (MX500) is generally no problem.
However, the very first thing you must do when the clone operation is done is to physically disconnect the old drive, and allow the system to try to boot up from the new drive.
