Question How do i get my Motherboard to start?

My motherboard will not start. I get an error code of one long beep followed by 3 short beeps. But the RAM is seated in the recommended positions, the CPU is a Ryzen 5, 2600. Not sure what to do at this point.

I think that beep code is for VGA not detected... do you have a GPU installed? in the right slot? with the 12V GPU connector installed? monitor connected to it and not the motherboard?
