How do i get my new tablet to return to a color screen?

I touched a button on the side and the screen turned to black &white, vie tried touching the buttons. Again but its still in black& white. I turned it off and back on no help there either.HELP

Sounds like you put it in Power Saving mode (Or some form of it), as it saves a lot of power displaying shades of black/white rather than colours.

Have you tried checking for a type of Power Saving Mode option, and tried disabling it?
