Question How do I get my RAM to show as 3200 instead of 2400?

EDIT {SOLVED} Updated mobo BIOS. Everything reading RAM as 3200 mhz and dual channel memory.

Hello, I have a

-Ryzen 5 2600

-Asrock B450M Pro4

-Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3200

I just did a clean install of windows, but my ram keeps showing up on HWinfo64, task Manager and the bios as reading 2400 and single channel memory.

I read in my mobo manual and online forums that I should switch my ram to A2 and B2 slots to take advantage of dual channel memory, so I did, but it’s still showing single channel in my bios.

I’ve also enabled XMP profile in bios and switched the frequency to 3200 but still am only getting 2400.

Also, in task manager, it seems to say 8 gb of my ram is ‘hardware reserved’ not sure how to fix that.

If someone could help me out, I’d appreciate it. Thanks!

your RAM is running ok, it's showing clock as 1600 and this is DDR RAM.

It doesn't appear to be running dual channel though.
seems the info in the various displays is conflicting

what does CPU-z show?
